The Christian Health Associates (CHA) Board of Directors is pleased to announce that David Frain, MS, has been named its new CEO as of January 1, 2025. David will succeed retiring CEO and founder, Dr. Brian Green.
David brings 12 years of leadership with CHA as its Operations and Human Resource Manager to his new responsibility as CEO. He has a professional leadership background in government and private healthcare provision as a clinical provider, administrator, human resource manager, and crisis intervention manager. His clinical experience includes being a paramedic and physician’s assistant for the U.S. Air Force and providing treatment and consultation in various settings. David also brings faith-based experience as a chaplain and pastor.
David has a successful track record with CHA in maintaining regulatory compliance, developing and implementing clinical and organizational policies and procedures, contributing to and overseeing budget development and administration, and managing human resource administration. His oversight of staff and positive interrelations with executive management, patients, clients, vendors, and third-party payers and insurers all contribute to David’s unique suitability to serve as CHA’s next CEO.
Relying on their faith in God, the CHA Board initiated a selection process seeking wisdom and guidance through prayer. Board president Brenda Moore related, “The board viewed David Frain’s candidacy as an answer to prayer.” The board is thankful to God for a successful outcome following a complex and lengthy process and looks forward to building on David Frain’s leadership accomplishments within CHA and anticipates a smooth transition with Dr. Green as an advisor ensuring CHA is well-prepared to move forward.
